The YACHTSPORT RESORT is a maritime leisure and holiday facility in the Swiss Canton of Ticino, located on a prominent exposed lake property directly on Lago Maggiore. The lakeside environment around the YACHTSPORT RESORT is famous for its extraordinary water sport conditions; the local thermal winds ensure consistently ideal sailing weather. The facility offers, among other things, a holiday hotel, a motorboat and sailing school, and a Mediterranean marina with comfortable storage spaces for sport dinghies, as well as maintained berths for yachts up to 50 feet long.
The sailing base in the marina of the YACHTSPORT RESORT is part of the Nationales Segelzentrum and is used as a training site for squad training and training camps as well as a venue for regattas. As such, it is also open to sailing enthusiasts from around the world, including foreign sailing clubs and class associations.

Our guest rooms, with their balconies or loggias all face the lake and are furnished in the style of luxurious ship cabins. And in that style, our crew offers you the type of personal service otherwise found on board a yacht. For breakfast you can choose between the light Italian version and the more comprehensive vital breakfast. Our building was certified as a 5-star hotel by the Schweizerischer Hotelierverband and offers overnight guests a range of amenities. These include a variety of gastronomical services and free use of the relaxation and swimming area. The building's parking spots are free, otherwise you can park your vehicle in the adjacent underground garage. Training participants and members of the yacht club "FSB - Friends of Sailing Brissago" stay with us for a more affordable sports fee: Single room.........................................CHF 115.00 The entire YACHTSPORT RESORT can also be reserved for private, nautical, or business events. | The mild climate permits sailing and motor-boating all year round. Various "fun & sun activities" are added to traditional yachting from 1 May to 15 October. This makes the YACHTSPORT RESORT the ideal location for all fans of Lago Maggiore who want to enjoy an active summer day in a cultivated atmosphere on their lake. Our services include: Water skiing (motorboat with driver): Fitness Training (minimal 2 participants): Rental of children's dinghy for the Regatta Optimist (regata version): Hiring Laser Pico/Standard/Radial/4.7: To those who prefer to be in the water instead of on it, we recommend our "Shore Programme" with its high fun-and-relaxation factor. Take the beachside and deck chairs to relax, use the direct lake access to swim, our various vehicles to move around, and visit our gastronomical facilities to regain your energy. Outside visitors can buy a limited day ticket: Adults (> 18 years)................................CHF 30.00 Adults with their primary residence in Brissago receive a discount of up to 50 % on the day ticket. |

Learn how to boat with us. Our Swiss-certified boating instructors teach you theory and practice, and are happy to prepare you for your Class A boating license exam. | Learn how to sail with us. We offer private lessons for sailors of all age groups and skill levels. You can come as a single student, a couple, or a family, or let us teach your children. Our Swiss-certified sailing instructor will prepare you for your Class D boating license exam on request. Costs of sailing instruction: Participants who want to take these lessons on holiday can stay at the hotel for the attractive sports fee. |

Depending on the number of guests, we use our small motorboat (A – up to 6 guests) or our large hotel yacht (B – up to 11 guests). For events with larger groups – e.g. a party on Brissago Islands – we do the run in multiple trips or with multiple boats. We charge a 50% surcharge for night runs. |

Reserve a long-term berth for your dinghy or yacht in our new marina. We offer dry berths for sport dinghies and catamarans on the sheltered floating platform. Small dinghies, such as SUP and windsurf boards, can be stored in the slide-in compartments. We offer large berths for yachts in the class sizes A (up to 8.5 m), B (up to 11 m), and C (up to 15 m). All berths command a fantastic view of the lake and mountain panorama. The boats are looked after by a harbourmaster, and users of the harbour benefit from the modern sports facilities, the connection between the marina and the hotel, and the gastronomy facilities. | In its function as part of the National SAILING BASE our structure is used for training and regattas by the Swiss Sailing squad, as well as the sailing clubs and class associations affiliated with Swiss Sailing. Our facilities are also open to sailing associations not supported by Swiss Sailing. Representatives of these clubs, class associations and foreign institutes, can contact us directly to organise training sessions, sailing camps, regattas and championships. |
